{"id":1389,"date":"2024-03-31T08:27:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-31T08:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.colang.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=1389"},"modified":"2024-03-31T08:27:00","modified_gmt":"2024-03-31T08:27:00","slug":"college-of-languages-examines-a-masters-thesis-in-the-persian-language-with-an-international-participation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.colang.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=1389","title":{"rendered":"College of Languages examines a master\u2019s thesis in the Persian language with an international participation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Today, Thursday, March 14, 2024, the Department of Persian Language at the College of Languages at the University of Baghdad examined the master\u2019s thesis entitled (Tonal elements in the play \u201cOpposite Mirrors\u201d by Bahram Beyzaei, a \u201cphonetic\u201d study) by the student Mithaq Sayer Kamel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The thesis aimed to emphasize the importance of the elements of intonation in the language, as they are the main pillars that make up speech, known as the melody of speech.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The thesis also included mastering the use of these elements because mastery is necessary to improve pronunciation among language learners. Given this importance, the thesis sought to study the intonation elements in this play according to the theory of \u201cstratified phonology\u201d in order to clarify the nature of these elements and reveal their functions in the Persian language.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The most significant recommendations that the study arrived at were that the elements of intonation have a role in clarifying meanings that change according to the context, the psychological state of the speaker, and the requirements of the recipient.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The examining committee consisted of the following members:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1- Prof. Dr. Anwar Abbas Majeed &#8211; Chairman<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2- Asst. Prof. Dr. Gholamreza Mosta\u2019la Parsa &#8211; External member of Allameh Tabatabaei University \u2013 college of Arts \/ University of Tehran \/ Iran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3- Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Amin Abdel Abbas &#8211; Member<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4- Prof. Dr. Aqeel Abdul Hussein Muhammad &#8211; Supervisor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The student received a rating of (fulfilling)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div id=\"cz_58276\" class=\"cz_grid_p cz_58276\"><div class=\"cz_grid cz_grid_1 clr cz_grid_c3
