The head of the Woman&#8217;s Affairs Unit, Assistant Lecturer Nasrin Shakir Hassan delivered the lectures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">The lectures aimed to introduce female students to the concept of passion and its importance as a motivating factor for enhancing their academic performance, linking this passion to their professional and personal goals in order to achieve their future ambitions\u00a0 by setting clear short-term and long-term plans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">The lecturer explained that some female students have talents in writing, acting, and other success stories, which the College of Languages deanship will work on utilizing them in a way that develops these talents in the upcoming period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">The lecturer recommended organizing workshops and seminars to encourage female students and discover their interests, emphasizing the need to present success stories in a way that enhances
