The study argues that migration is not merely a physical crossing of borders but a psychological journey of adaptation and reconstruction. Identity becomes central to this process, compelling migrants to seek new spatial and psychological belonging. The thesis analyzed three English plays, each addressing a distinct aspect of identity formation under displacement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">The study drew on interdisciplinary theories, including Berry\u2019s (1992) Acculturation Theory, Proshansky et al.\u2019s (1983) Place Identity Theory, and Balaev\u2019s (2018) Theory of Multidimensional Trauma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">The committee recommended accepting the thesis after making the required revisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Committee Members:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">&#8211; Prof. Rasha Abdul-Munim Aziz \u2013 Chair\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">&#8211; Asst.
