Citizens Affairs Unit
The Citizen Affairs unit is related to the university rector’s office. It deals with citizen affairs by receiving suggestions, questions, and comments from the public in order to address issues that affect the university as a whole and raise the standard of academic performance.
The Citizens Affairs Unit seeks to enhance communication between the citizens and the departments of our university and to overcome the difficulties that they may encounter while making their transactions within limited timings, as well as contact and communicate with other institutions. This administrative unit, which is concerned with citizens’ affairs, aims to receive citizens’ suggestions, listen to their complaints, and either direct them to consult the concerned department or receive their requests for a statement of opinion.
The electronic mail is used to speed up the answer and search for specific information, inform the citizen about the action taken in connection with his or her request or complaint by phone or e-mail, and address the colleges and departments to the rector of the university regarding the citizen’s request or a statement of opinion about it and publish the procedures taken.
In addition to receiving requests from citizens via the university’s website’s “Citizens Affairs page,” this unit also receives requests from citizens via the “Citizens’ Affairs” email. In response, this unit either refers the requests to the appropriate authority or to the responsible officials while also learning about the suggestions the citizens have for improving the university’s operations.
