The Rector of the University of Baghdad issued orders to promote three lecturers from the College of Languages
Assistant professor Dr. Anwar Abbass Majeed is promoted to Professor in the speciality of Persian language (Linguistics)
Assistant professor Dr. Shaima Fadhil Hamody from the Hebrew department is promoted to Professor in the speciality of Hebrew language (Modern Hebrew literature)
Lecturer Dr Haider Ahmed Jasim from the Hebrew department is promoted to Assistant Professor in the speciality of Hebrew language (Modern Hebrew literature).
