Lecture on the Contributions of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her) to Strengthening the Muslim Family
The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Languages, University of Baghdad, organized a scientific lecture titled “The Role of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her) in Establishing the Foundations of the Family.” The lecture was delivered by Dr. Shaimaa Dawood Lateef from the College of Islamic Sciences, with the attendance of several specialists in family and educational studies.
The lecture highlighted the importance of the family as the fundamental pillar of society and the primary nucleus of its formation and stability, emphasizing that everyone is shaped by emotional and educational interactions within this framework.
At the conclusion, the lecturer stressed that drawing inspiration from the life of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her) provides a comprehensive model for building a righteous family. She emphasized the need to reinforce religious and human values in contemporary family life to help raise conscious generations capable of building a cohesive society grounded in ethics and faith.
