A number of professors of the Faculty of Languages participated in translating the activities of the seventeenth International Cultural Spring Festival of Martyrdom, which is held by the General Secretariat of the Holy Husseiniya Shrine and commissioned by the Deanship of the Faculty of Languages represented by its Dean, asst.Prof. Dr. Ali Adnan Mashoush. Where the participation was represented by simultaneous interpretation and accompanying foreign delegations that attended the festival, as it referred to the proceedings of the seventeenth International Spring of Testimony Cultural Festival on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of the Muhammadan moons, peace be upon them, which lasted from 14 to 18 February 2024.
Teachers who participated in the translation:asst. Prof. Ali Hussein Abdel Majeed from the German Language Department, translator and coordinator, asst.Prof. Ihsan Alwan Mohsen from the English Department, instructor. Farqad Abdel Rahman Mahmoud from the French Language Department, and instructor Ivan Karim Shanawa from the Persian Language Department. It is noteworthy that the professors of languages have lived with this festival since its first edition and still is. The Faculty of Languages always seeks to build bridges of cooperation between it and all community, governmental and international bodies .
