On June 15, in the conference hall of the Persian Language Department at the College of Languages, the summary of Esperantura’s (PhD Degree) was discussed in the Russian language for the student Wasan Nessef Jassim (self – sponsored student) according to the board of opinion decision on 4-11-2021 that implies retaining the scientific sobriety that is given to this degree, the decision treatment should be applied on the former students , persons who got Aspirantura (PhD degree) and the students who are continuing their study as they couldn’t find scientific council at the country of the study . The discussion for
the summary of Aspirantura (PhD Degree) was held and a supervisor was assigned from the Russian department (Prof.Dr. Muna Arif Jassim). The student summary was accepted according to the decision of the discussion committee that was formed from the following lecturers:
